Monthly support group meetings for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. Families, friends, work colleagues, pastoral care workers, clinicians welcome. These sessions are held in an informal setting, non judgemental and safe environment. Relevant guest speakers are invited every second month.
The two-day LivingWorks Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) trains participants in practical skills to support suicide intervention. Lunch and morning tea are provided on both days.
