Open Space 2026

Saturday 18 April @ 9:00 am - 12:30 pm
Free

Come together with the broader community to share perspectives on belonging, connection and participation in the Northern Territory. Together, we will explore opportunities to build stronger communities in Darwin and Alice Springs.

These free events bring together community members, leaders, and service providers to talk about what’s working, what’s not, and how we can strengthen social cohesion, belonging, and health services across the Northern Territory.

In Open Space, there’s no set agenda – participants shape the conversations around what matters most to them, ensuring every voice is heard. The conversations are anonymously captured in a Book of Proceedings, which is shared with participants, as well as policy makers, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders.

If you’re new to Open Space, this short 6-minute video gives a great overview of how it works.

Please register to attend an event/s or send any questions to admin@melaleuca.org.au

We hope you will join us for one or more of these conversations!
