Jesuit Social Services: Exploring Case Management – Online (Mar 2026)

In Exploring Case Management, you will build skills to support clients from initial engagement through to positive outcomes, focusing on planning, implementation and review.

We will discuss developing a case plan collaboratively with our participants and gain an understanding of how these skills can assist them in achieving their goals.
