In Building Resilience: Managing the Impact of the Work, we will explore ways to maintain personal well-being and resilience in demanding roles.
Attendees will learn to recognise stress, prevent burnout, and develop effective coping strategies for long-term emotional health and work-life balance.
Please note, this is an online event. A calendar invite will be sent closer to date that includes an access link to a Microsoft Teams Meeting.
