Designed specifically for the alcohol and other drug sector, this practical workshop explores real-world applications including drafting and refining communications, writing reports and summaries, developing training resources, creating visual content, brainstorming ideas and tailoring information for different audiences.

You’ll learn practical prompting techniques, how to review and improve AI-generated content, and how to use AI responsibly while maintaining privacy, accuracy, cultural appropriateness and professional judgement.

Whether you’re new to AI or looking to get more from the tools you already use, you’ll leave with practical skills and confidence to apply AI effectively in your role.

Karen Hawkes is a digital marketing and technology specialist with more than 21 years’ experience supporting businesses, organisations and communities across the Northern Territory.
