The Position:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Officer, with digital marketing skills. The salary we are offering is SCHADS Award Grade 5 – $84,989 trp (including salary $76,673).

  • We offer salary packaging which can increase your annual take home salary up to an additional $15,899 p/a

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with high volume recruitment
  • Strong experience using social media platforms and creating written and multimedia content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise work load and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Manage a high volume of recruitment ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are kept informed and requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent candidate care, informing and supporting candidates throughout the selection process
  • Prepare and post job advertisements using multimedia platforms
  • Coordinate interviews on behalf of hiring managers
  • Support interview panels as required
  • Promote CatholicCare NT using social media.
