We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Officer, with digital marketing skills. The salary we are offering is SCHADS Award Grade 5 – $84,989 trp (including salary $76,673).
- We offer salary packaging which can increase your annual take home salary up to an additional $15,899 p/a

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with high volume recruitment
- Strong experience using social media platforms and creating written and multimedia content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise work load and excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
- Manage a high volume of recruitment ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are kept informed and requirements are met in a timely manner
- Provide excellent candidate care, informing and supporting candidates throughout the selection process
- Prepare and post job advertisements using multimedia platforms
- Coordinate interviews on behalf of hiring managers
- Support interview panels as required
- Promote CatholicCare NT using social media.
