Full Time – Fixed Term. Contract until 30 June 2019. Ongoing subject to funding.
In this role you will provide culturally appropriate trauma informed intensive case management and practical support for vulnerable young people aged 10 – 17 years.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working as an ally with vulnerable young people
Ability to engage and develop relationships of trust with young people, families and peer groups
- Strengthen/develop a young person’s supportive networks
- Qualifications and/or extensive experience demonstrating your knowledge and abilities are essential
Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
