This program is designed to divert young people, aged from 12 – 21, away from homelessness and anti-social behaviour that will impact on their functioning with mainstream society. What we do:

  • Intensive case management to a minimum of 40 young people to divert them from homeless and anti-social behaviour
  • Increase their capacity for social inclusion, self-reliance and self-sufficiency through innovative training and skills based programs such as Learn to Sail and other certificate training opportunities
  • Strengthen family links
  • Link young people and their families into other support services and networks that will increase their resilience, protective behaviours and capacity for social inclusion
