This service works with prisoners who are due for release within three months and need assistance to re-integrate into the Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs communities. After the individual has been released, we provide case-management support while they re-establish themselves in the community. This can help to reduce the likelihood of re-offending. Caseworkers facilitate the reinThanktegration for adults exiting the prisons and young people exiting juvenile detention with a focus on life skills, training, employment and tenancy support.
