Provides long-term safe & secure accommodation for adults 18 years old or over who are homeless and have mental illness.
Works to strengthen the ability of local and remote communities to prevent suicide and its associated impact on residents.
Mental Health Promotion & Training
Promotes mental health awareness and offers first aid training in mental health.
Pathways: Rehabilitation & Outreach
Provides rehabilitation as part of a recovery-focused pathways program and works individually with mental health clients to help them achieve individual goals related to employment, training and skills development. Outreach support and living-skills training are available to increase the capacity of people with mental health problems to live independently in the community.
Prevention & Recovery Support Program
Provides support for people with mental health problems in order to reduce admissions and monitor post-discharge non-clinical needs.
