Community Development Projects

Indigenous Community Volunteers (ICV) is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation undertaking community development with indigenous communities to overcome disadvantage by providing skills development and resources.

ICV provides opportunities for indigenous people to develop community & individual capacity to improve their quality of life, health, social & economic wellbeing and inclusion in Australian society. ICV engages in projects on a collaborative basis and is invited by communities to address current issues. Support is provided for communities in pursing their quests, with skills and resources not normally available to them.

Community Development Volunteers

Indigenous Community Volunteers works in partnership with indigenous communities on community development projects across Australia. Communities nominate the volunteer skills they need to achieve their goals and Indigenous Community Volunteers recruits & screens volunteers to work with them.
