NT Shelter peer group support is aimed at assisting case workers and case managers working on the front line in the homeless and housing sectors. Peer Support or Supervision is an effective form of leaderless peer group counselling. Participants confer with one another by reciprocating key topics of their professional everyday lives, to provide solutions for difficult situations with colleagues or clients.
